The full version of HitPaw VoicePea offers the same set of features as the free version. However, in the full version, you gain unrestricted access to all voices, sounds, and functionalities, whereas the free version provides only limited access to these features.
First, If you manually added other devices, first manually refresh to see if any new devices are detected in the list.
Then, If you can't hear any sound after selecting the device, click "detect" to check the audio status. The microphone and speaker icons should be in green for normal use.
If you still can't hear any sound after the detection, please click "feedback" to contact us.

Due to the model being hosted in the cloud, it can process only one person at a time, which can result in queuing. Longer waiting times indicate a larger number of people ahead in the queue.
It is possible that you are running out of disk space, you can try to clean up your storage.
